What's with the yellow thing around his limp left wrist? I've seen it in a lot of photos. Is it a medical bracelet? Is it a "support the troops" wristlet (hard to believe)? An RFID chip so Mama THK will be able to track where he is?

Celebs that is. I asked hubby and he told me it had something to do with Lance Armstrong. Maybe we can both check in later and find out more precise details.
