I won't even mention the "proof" that all the Bush kids are actually clones of Hitler.

Those clowns have not learned anything yet from the nrwly created "RatherGate"!

My Father had been a Fish Exporter in Denmark and so was also my Grandfather. His export business was mainly with Germany and U.K. After the German occupation of Denmark 1940-45 all ties with England was lost including all the funds my Father had there. Similar loses with his German customers. According to those presstitutes perversed views, this issue should be an embarrassment for me personally?
Is it no wonder that the medias are loosing out big time to the likes as we the "Freeper-Muhadeens"??

Joseph Kennedy and the Jews
History News Network ^ | April 29, 2002 | Edward Renehan, Jr.

Posted on 09/24/2004 8:26:48 PM PDT by conservativecorner

Mr. Renehan's most recent book is The Kennedys at War, 1937-1945, published in April 2002 by Doubleday.

Arriving at London in early 1938, newly-appointed U.S. Ambassador Joseph P. Kennedy took up quickly with another transplanted American. Viscountess Nancy Witcher Langhorne Astor assured Kennedy early in their friendship that he should not be put off by her pronounced and proud anti-Catholicism.

"I'm glad you are smart enough not to take my [views] personally," she wrote. Astor pointed out that she had a number of Roman Catholic friends - G.K. Chesterton among them - with whom she shared, if nothing else, a profound hatred for the Jewish race. Joe Kennedy, in turn, had always detested Jews generally, although he claimed several as friends individually. Indeed, Kennedy seems to have tolerated the occasional Jew in the same way Astor tolerated the occasional Catholic.

As fiercely anti-Communist as they were anti-Semitic, Kennedy and Astor looked upon Adolf Hitler as a welcome solution to both of these "world problems" (Nancy's phrase). No member of the so-called "Cliveden Set" (the informal cabal of appeasers who met frequently at Nancy Astor's palatial home) seemed much concerned with the dilemma faced by Jews under the Reich. Astor wrote Kennedy that Hitler would have to do more than just "give a rough time" to "the killers of Christ" before she'd be in favor of launching "Armageddon to save them. The wheel of history swings round as the Lord would have it. Who are we to stand in the way of the future?" Kennedy replied that he expected the "Jew media" in the United States to become a problem, that "Jewish pundits in New York and Los Angeles" were already making noises contrived to "set a match to the fuse of the world."

During May of 1938, Kennedy engaged in extensive discussions with the new German Ambassador to the Court of St. James's, Herbert von Dirksen. In the midst of these conversations (held without approval from the U.S. State Department), Kennedy advised von Dirksen that President Roosevelt was the victim of "Jewish influence" and was poorly informed as to the philosophy, ambitions and ideals of Hitler's regime. (The Nazi ambassador subsequently told his bosses that Kennedy was "Germany's best friend" in London.)

Columnists back in the states condemned Kennedy's fraternizing. Kennedy later claimed that 75% of the attacks made on him during his Ambassadorship emanated from "a number of Jewish publishers and writers. ... Some of them in their zeal did not hesitate to resort to slander and falsehood to achieve their aims." He told his eldest son, Joe Jr., that he disliked having to put up with "Jewish columnists" who criticized him with no good reason.

Like his father, Joe Jr. admired Adolf Hitler. Young Joe had come away impressed by Nazi rhetoric after traveling in Germany as a student in 1934. Writing at the time, Joe applauded Hitler's insight in realizing the German people's "need of a common enemy, someone of whom to make the goat. Someone, by whose riddance the Germans would feel they had cast out the cause of their predicament. It was excellent psychology, and it was too bad that it had to be done to the Jews. The dislike of the Jews, however, was well-founded. They were at the heads of all big business, in law etc. It is all to their credit for them to get so far, but their methods had been quite unscrupulous ... the lawyers and prominent judges were Jews, and if you had a case against a Jew, you were nearly always sure to lose it. ... As far as the brutality is concerned, it must have been necessary to use some ... ."

Brutality was in the eye of the beholder. Writing to Charles Lindbergh shortly after Kristallnacht in November of 1938, Joe Kennedy Sr. seemed more concerned about the political ramifications stemming from high-profile, riotous anti-Semitism than he was about the actual violence done to the Jews. "... Isn't there some way," he asked, "to persuade [the Nazis] it is on a situation like this that the whole program of saving western civilization might hinge? It is more and more difficult for those seeking peaceful solutions to advocate any plan when the papers are filled with such horror." Clearly, Kennedy's chief concern about Kristallnacht was that it might serve to harden anti-fascist sentiment at home in the United States.

Like his friend Charles Coughlin (an anti-Semitic broadcaster and Roman Catholic priest), Kennedy always remained convinced of what he believed to be the Jews' corrupt, malignant, and profound influence in American culture and politics. "The Democratic [party] policy of the United States is a Jewish production," Kennedy told a British reporter near the end of 1939, adding confidently that Roosevelt would "fall" in 1940.

But it wasn't Roosevelt who fell. Kennedy resigned his ambassadorship just weeks after FDR's overwhelming triumph at the polls. He then retreated to his home in Florida: a bitter, resentful man nurturing religious and racial bigotries that put him out-of-step with his country, and out-of-touch with history.

Harvard and World War II

In a way, JFK's first two years at Harvard echoed his experience at Choate. Again, he felt himself to be in the shadow of his older brother Joe Jr., who was two years ahead of him and pegged as the most intelligent and driven of the Kennedy boys. JFK continued to make only lackluster grades--"gentleman's C's," as the expression went. He wrote occasionally for the Harvard Crimson, the campus newspaper, but had little involvement with campus politics, preferring to concentrate on athletics and his social life. He played football, and was on the JV squad during his sophomore year, but a bad fall led to a rupture of his spinal disc. The injury forced him off the team, and left him with back troubles that would plague him for the rest of his life. Off the field, in Harvard's social scene, he was more successful. He won membership in the Hasty Pudding Society and the Spee Club, one of Harvard's elite "final clubs," where bluebloods mingled and made the connections that kept America's aristocracy running. A contemporary called him "one of the most popular men in our class."

In 1937, while JFK was still in his sophomore year, Joseph Kennedy, Sr. was appointed Ambassador to Great Britain. This prestigious post opened new social avenues to the Kennedy family, and gave them front-row seats for the drama of World War II's approach. In the European theater, Adolf Hitler was preparing to occupy Austria and Czechoslovakia, and the British government was pursuing a policy of appeasement, designed to stave off war at all costs. As ambassador, Joseph Kennedy would staunchly support appeasing Hitler, and would be fiercely critical of Winston Churchill's calls for a stronger policy against the Nazi threat. History would not regard this impulse of Joseph Kennedy's to placate Germany any more kindly than future events would treat his strident anti-Semitism. "Never do business with Jews," he once told his sons, this bigotry ironic for a man who had himself been the victim of so much anti-religious sentiment, since he was Catholic.

In 1938, though, these concerns lay in the future, and JFK used his father's position to arrange a grand tour of sorts that would take him from France to Poland, down through Russia into the Mediterranean, and finally back up through Berlin and Paris, before bringing him home. He had made an earlier journey in the summer of 1937, and had returned very impressed with the organization and efficiency of the fascist states of Italy and Germany. This time, he arranged for his tour to count as a Harvard semester, and sailed for Europe in the winter of 1939, as Nazi tanks rolled into Czechoslovakia. Using his father's connections, JFK was able to stay in ambassadors' homes for the majority of his trip, and he sent detailed reports to Joe Sr. from every stop. JFK's most prescient observation came in Poland, where he noted that "rightly or wrongly the Poles will fight over the Question of Danzig," referring to the controversy over a Polish seaport that led to Hitler's invasion of Poland.

The tour lasted seven months, and ended with JFK back in London for the summer of 1939. He was still there when war broke out--over Danzig, as he had predicted--in September 1939. Germany invaded Poland, and Great Britain and France immediately declared war on Hitler's Reich. (America, as it had at the beginning of World War I, remained neutral.) Hitler's armies quickly crushed the Poles, and tensions at the French-German border immediately settled into a quiet stalemate--the so-called "phony war," which would last well into 1940.

JFK began his senior year at Harvard in the spring of 1940, with the campus buzzing over the events happening across the Atlantic. JFK showed more of an interest in politics now, joining the Crimson editorial board and penning a thesis on England's foreign policy before the war. The thesis was critical of Neville Chamberlain's lenient dealings with Hitler, but echoed Joe Sr.'s attitude in suggesting that the British people would not have accepted war before 1939, in any event. Entitled "Appeasement at Munich," it was well-received and helped JFK graduate magna cum laude, the second-highest possible ranking. More importantly, Joe Sr. seized upon the thesis as a way of making his JFK a public figure. Joe Sr. pulled strings in the publishing industry, hired a newspaper reporter to edit and polish the prose, and eventually had the thesis--retitled Why England Slept--published as a book in July of 1940. It was a modest best-seller, and gave JFK his first taste of celebrity.

With Harvard behind him, JFK briefly attended Stanford Business School, and, along with most Americans of his age, registered for the draft, in October 1940. His number was called, but he used his status as a student to defer entry into the military until summer 1941. Meanwhile, he left Stanford and took a rather aimless trip through South America in the spring of 1941. At this time, he was dating a number of women, a pattern that would continue throughout his life, even during his marriage. His health problems persisted, as well. He had stomach trouble, was far too thin, and failed physicals for both the army and the navy. But again, his father's connections prevailed, and a friendly doctor gave JFK a clean bill of health. JFK was sworn in as a naval ensign on September 25, 1941, less than two months before the bombing of Pearl Harbor would drag America into World War II.

OK lets pretend this is true for just a minute. What does this have to do with President Bush? Unlike Kerry who actually did commit war crimes by his own admission, and as far as I can tell has profitted from his anti-American, and pro-communist connections. Sins of the grand father being held against the grandson? Please.

Buchanan suffers from hypermania, a form of manic depression, and when he found himself rebuffed in his initial efforts to interest the media, he responded with a series of threats against the journalists and media outlets that had spurned him. The threats, contained in e-mails, suggested that he would expose the journalists as "traitors to the truth". Unsurprisingly, he soon had difficulty getting his calls returned.

Heck, Dan Rather will consider him an "unimpeachable source"!

Whether this is true or not, to try to associate guilt with a person due to his relationship to another guilty person is a tired old propaganda technique known as corruption of blood.

The third person going into print on the subject is John Buchanan, 54, a Miami-based magazine journalist who started examining the files while working on a screenplay...

Most seriously, he faced aggravated stalking charges in Miami, in connection with a man with whom he had fallen out over the best way to publicise his findings. The charges were dropped last month.

Wow. James Hatfield, Kitty Kelley, Dan Rather, and now this guy. Why is it that only discredited or plain crazy people go after the Bush family?

All of this has been around for years, and nobody in the US wants to touch it for one simple reason, there are too many big names involved.

Joe Kennedy was a big supporter of Hitler, but he's not the biggest problem. Prescott Bush's boss was Averill Harriman. Harriman was one of FDR's closest personal and political friends. He was also THE MAJOR financial backer for the Democrat party for decades. His widow, Pamela Harriman, was the biggest backer of Clinton in 1992 and is largely responsible for him winning the presidency.

The bottom line is that there was a lot of money to be made in Germany in the late 1930s and early 40s and a lot of Americans took advantage of it. But it is probable that none of these people knew of Hitler's genocide plans. This story will keep coming up as long as the Bush's are in public office, and it will always "get buried" because too many other families would be brought into it.
