John Kerry is not a complicated man...there isn't really the nuance suggested...go back to Bush Sr....Kerry voted AGAINST liberating Iraq and taking away from a thug dictator a huge percentage of the world's supply of oil.
Why would he do this?
There was a REPUBLICAN in the White House (just like in the last days of Vietnam).
In 1997, Kerry said, "We can't depend on the French or the Russians", and sent a letter to a DEMOCRAT president advising that he should ignore the UN and NATO and go get Saddam. Why? There was a DEMOCRAT in the White House.
Kerry's stand on sending the sons and daugthers of our country to war rests ENTIRELY with whether it might bring advantage to HIS party.
