So according to the Kerry camp, Bush is so incompetent that he was allowed to be distracted from the War On Terror by Iraq, which had no ties to terror, no wmd, no aggressive tendencies, and no destablilizing influence.
PLUS, Bush is so smart that he is able to capture the World's # 1 most wanted criminal of ALL TIME, and keep this all a big secret until the most politically opportune time possible.
All this while secretly planning to unleash the draft, suppress the black vote and destroy social security, all for the benefit of Halliburton.
Damn he's good.
