Jim Jordan served as campaign manager for John Forbes Kerry for the U.S. presidential election, 2004 until November 10, 2003, when he was replaced by Mary Beth Cahill.[1] Jordan, who had run Kerry's campaign "since it began last December", had "also worked in Kerry's Senate office in 1999 when Kerry was contemplating and then rejected a 2000 presidential bid."[2] Wow! I didn't remember those connections. Thank you. Gotta get out of here now. Work calls.
Cast my pajamas aside ............. for now.

Rush called FR one of the most maligned BBs ever and said this was exoneration.
I see the blogosphere as something like an ant hill. If the media drops something that smells like meat, within a few minutes the ant's are swarming all over it looking for soft spots. What people don't get is that anything that is said here is immediately deconstructed by someone. After all the shooting stops, what is left usually resembles the truth.

Thank you Jim Robinson. You had a vision for giving a voice to what is likely a majority of Americans who have been conspired against by the press for years. We all suspected it, but could not prove it. We gradually uncovered this Anti-American agenda in the press and the universities and now we have found the 'golden spike' with which to seal their coffins and bury these bastards.

I think what shocks the Dems most? We don't take orders. We actually talk, scream, and fight with each other; but ultimately put forward our own opinions and research. Unlike what the Dems have for supporters -- they take orders. They get the "reporting for duty" issue call and they march, little to no independent thinking involved. Just lots of ad hominems, slogans, hate, lies, and often, violence. Their anti-American slogan of long ago was: Might Makes Right. Right here is where John Kerry (ites) got their foothold in attacking America: They asserted that the US just "wantonly" kills and slaughters because it has might, and therefore it "can" and "will".
Dems are furious at the Bush Admin and because the Dem subterfuse slogan is being destroyed and exposed for the propogandistic, tyrannist slogan it was, and remains.
The United States is in Iraq not solely because "we have might"; but because we were attacked, and we took the fight to our aggressors and murderers.
Right Makes Might: is basically the theme of the Bush Admin. Stand on Truth. Being Right makes Might. (Witness freepers and blogosphere).
Listen to John Kerry (et al) and they are still spouting a "Might Makes Right" rhetoric against President Bush. It's got them so frustrated that it isn't working (again) for them. And, it's really screwing up their Dem campaign season. Poor Humpty Dumpties...

You are so right. There are so many people here giving input, deconstructing and constructing, it is really a beautiful thing to see!!! God Bless FR.

Free Republic has had 4,000 new signups since Rathergate broke on our threads. Some were trolls, yes, but there are at least a couple thousand Americans who will now get their news from this comprehensive, brilliant site and can forward articles to friends and family..... another big poke in the eye to the left :-)

That was my first hang with a discussion group on the Internet. Overwhelmed by the "weasels" it did become -- it was unmoderated and thus vulnerable to Denial-of-service type attacks, which the weasels managed as an effervesecent fountain of inanities and vile personal attacks.

I remember that. I have a friend Jenny that was inside that story. I am just happy that from this point forward those who wish to distort the facts for political gain will get blogged. The left wing nuts that have been making up history for years have to now retreat bach under their rock!
