There is no way she could win the Electoral College vote with the handful of "blue" states that would get her on the ballot.

If 271 Democrat electors are chosen on 11/2/04, they can vote for HRC if they choose to do so when the electoral college casts its votes.

State laws to the contrary are unconstitutional.

Your statement is bullsh*t. The Constitution itself created the Electoral College and gave the definition of how the Electors are chosen to the "legislatures of the several states." Please read the plain language of the Constitution before popping off on this subject again.
