Isn't Kofi suspect of taking bribes in involvement in the food for oil program ?
Why would a Presidential figure from a 3rd world country wish to upset the status quo - they had a good thing going didnt they ? at least while they lasted.
Isn't a plausible reason for wanting the US out of the middle east or other places is to allow for the way things were running ?
These guys don;t want to compete or even have the US hnging around. The games come to a halt, they have to be honest.
