Sorry I didn't respond earlier. As to keeping the terrorists out of our country.....???????........they are already in! I do not understand why we have active cells in this country that have been allowed to operate for years.
I don't want to sound like I've been reading too many Tom Clancy novels but who knows how many sleeper cells are already here and what weapons they have to use against us.
With the borders in the shape that they are in it would not be difficut to smuggle any type of WMD into America. We need to seal the borders now!!
