i got live in sicily before the bridge on the Messina Straits(soon to come), and before the Euro. according to my Sicilian friends the prices have risen drastically for pretty much everything and their pay has stayed the same. Sicily is the most beautiful part of Europe in my opinion and like the rest of Europe it is about to be ruined with "liberal progression."
