If yer kept in a basement or if the roof is metal yer screwed per se. The real deal IMO is to bait these SOB's into trying to grab some SF types dressed as contractors. Get some older, fatter snake eaters who still have teeth. And let em carry tools of the trade to educate these bastards as encountered.
