Although he can't tell us what he would do because he doesn't have all of the information, but he still knows what to tell President Bush to do. Shouldn't he just say, instead, that's what he would do? What a spineless man.
That reminds me of something I heard about Bill Clinton. He would talk your ear off forever, never getting to the point, but at least he had some personality.
