Heard on Joe Scarborough--talking about it now.
Well, there's always Rove for liberals to blame for another vast conspiracy involving the Kerry campaign.
Liberals tend to think that when they're mixing poison it's best to feign victimhood. You can bet that, once again, the degenerates and liars on the Left will construct a new fantasy for themselves.
It just keeps getting better and better.
LOL. Well the "livestock" show is a great place for a lot of Bull s***.
You answered your own question: "Rules cannot substitute for character"
According to Max Cleland, Burkett called him and wanted to get in touch with somebody at the DNC. And .. Mapes called Lockhart and told him to call Burkett.
A CBS producer calls the Kerry campaign and tells them to call Burkett .. this doesn't look good at all.
This just in from USA Today: The guy Conn has denied for year, a new mysterious woman: Lucy Ramirez
"In earlier conversations with USA TODAY, Burkett had identified the source of the documents as George Conn, a former Texas National Guard colleague who works for the U.S. Army in Europe. Burkett now says he made up the story about Conn's involvement to divert attention from himself and the woman he now says provided him with the documents. He told USA TODAY that he also lied to CBS.
Burkett now maintains that the source of the papers was Lucy Ramirez, who he says phoned him from Houston in March to offer the documents. USA TODAY has been unable to locate Ramirez"
Why is there so much secrecy regarding those other two documents? Why hasn't USA Today published them? Why didn't CBS? They are part of the story. Perhaps an important part, so why the secrecy?
Ok, CBS used only four of them for it's story, but so what. Why are the other two memos being held back? Is there more to this story that is still being investigated? Stuff that is contained in those memos that they don't want to tip us about? More they plan to unleash but don't want tarnished by fraudulent docs?
I smell a rat but then, why shouldn't I?
I would not even subject my monitor and CPU to that........
No freaking way. This is true????
He did. There was a thread on FR about it.
More and more information is coming out that there was a conspiracy to adversely impact a federal election by fraudulently misleading registered voters, thereby seeking to suppress their voting in the election. Remember when the MSM "called" the 2000 Florida vote for Gore almost an hour before the polls closed in the Florida panhandle resulting in many Bush voters not voting. No one was ever able to establish that the MSM deliberately acted in concert to suppress those votes; but, their actions had that effect. In this instance, there is a much clearer picture of possible conspiratorial intent emerging from the actions of Rather, Mapes, Lockhart, Burkett, and others yet to be determined.
