There are many states for which the deadline for names on the ballot has already passed. Any replacement will not be valid in those states.

Any court battle to change that would be on a state-by-state basis and the USSC would not touch an appeal. Demodogs almost certainly concede the election in most states the deadline has passed. Replacement ain't gonna happen now.

Hadn't thought of that. The dems would need more than a single compliant state supreme court to bend the rules for them as they did for Lautenberg. Thanks, I feel better now.
