No, if you're nice, people will leave you along. Repeat after me: be nice and people will leave you alone . . . if we're nice to them, they'll leave us alone . . . there are more terrorists because we weren't nice to them . . . they never hurt us until we tried to stop them . . . if we were nice they would've left us alone.

"People are so uninformed about the reality of self defense and violence."

Here's a link to an article that tells it like it is. It's titled "A Nation of Cowards." Let no one take away your rights, your property or your life and that of your loved ones!

The day on which Fallujah goes the way of Dresden can't come soon enough as far as I'm concerned.

It is you who are foolish. Germany has a long, distinguished culture and civil society, as does Japan. Germany, after all, is the seat of the Reformation and the wellspring of much western culture. Japan, likewise, is a homogeneous society with a well developed civl society (as is also true of Germany) Both societies also had and have a highly literate, industrious and politically aware society and modern, industrial economies. None of this is true of the Middle East (again except for Israel). With the Arab middle east, you are dealing with a mindset frozen in time, not much changed since the middle ages.

I agree that most of the radical Islamic Fascists want to remain in the 3rd century.

However, how you can explain the democracy of Turkey and their success?

It is something similar - www.attackproof.com

Go to the site. In a short period of time, I have greatly increased my awareness and abilities.

I am currently taking classes under Major Al and Perkins themselves. One is a combat Marine and the other is a NYC detective of over twenty years.

Easy. Turks are non-Arabs, so they are not held back culturally. Also, they had a home-grown modernizer (Ataturk) who dragged them into the 20th century. Turks tend to see them selvs as somewhat European as well; indeed a bit of Turkey (Thrace) extends across the Bosphrous into Europe. Turks also know that if they backslide into Islamic (there are no such words as "Islamist" or "Islamofascist"--those are just words made up by Neocons) behavior they will not be allowed into the European Union, which they desperately want to enter for economic reasons.

Anything based on reality is good. Too many schools are based on fantasy and competition.

Seems like this urban legend continues to pop up. Still wish we could learn from it though.

Thanks to 'need_a_screen_name' for reminding me of this quote:

"How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property - either as a child, a wife, or a concubine - must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men.

"Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities. Thousands become the brave and loyal soldiers of the Queen: all know how to die. But the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytising faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science - the science against which it had vainly struggled - the civilisation of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilisation of ancient Rome."

Winston Churchill
