Matt Drudge just announced that CBS will admit, maybe as soon as tomorrow, that they were 'deceived' and are launching an intensive, in-depth investigation.
Which interview is that?
Bye Bye Mr. Rather. (idiot)
Also, I see someone else posted something similar from tomorrow's NYSlimes. I should have searched for misled, rather than deceived.
In light of this event, maybe CBSNews should change its name to CBSFaerieTales.
They won't do any such thing; the only reason Rather would go interview Burkett is if he thinks it will help HIM.
Too little, too late.
Now they HAVE to tell us who the source is. A provider of forged documents has no right to confidentiality.
That would be much closer to the truth, something See BS seems to have a problem with.
I just heard it also while listening to his show. I couldn't understand even after hearing it why he was so certain this would happen tomorrow.
Maybe it was just an educated guess. I admit I wasn't listening too closely.
HA! John Kerry's war wounds will prove to be deeper than any investigation SeeBS engages in.
Aren't they one and the same?
Like O.J. did?
No, Dan is still insisting that the message of the memos is true. Good Dan, keep dragging this out! The American people just love your attack on their president..NOT LOLOL
While Rather is in Texas, they're going to clean out his office and change the lock. Classic coup.
The truth is the people were deceived by cBS via Dan Rather.
scratch what I said, here is a NYT article explaining that CBS admits it was misled, this must be drudge's source: http://www.nytimes.com/2004/09/20/politics/campaign/20guard.html
Maybe he will be 'hard' on the source, showing how upset and mad he is and basically trying to portray himself and SEE BS as innocent pawns.
Well, maybe Blather is going to re-affirm that the source is correct and See BS bigwigs are wrong??

CBS News plans to issue a statement, perhaps as early as today, acknowledging that it was misled on the purported National Guard memos the network used to charge that President Bush received favored treatment 30 years ago.
