Have you heard? John Kerry served in Vietnam!

There is no place on earth I would rather be than with the Swift Boat Veterans on Election Night. When George W. Bush defeats John Kerry to earn a second term, the Swiftees will, in the words of one veteran, “get the parade [they] never had.” President Bush will return to the White House for four more years. And John Kerry can plan a return trip to Southeast Asia to celebrate Christmas with the Cambodians (“Deck the halls with boughs of horry, Fa-Ra-Ra-Ra-Ra, Ra-Ra-Ra-Ra”).

Bush will win re-election this November due, in large part, to the efforts of the Swift Boat Veterans. America owes these men a debt of gratitude — not only for their heroic service in Vietnam, but for their giving the electorate a history lesson that politicians of both parties were too cowardly to tell.

Yes. (But, keep donating to the Swifties. They have over 59,000 donors so far. Keep up the good work so they can do likewise.)
