As usual Freepers were all over it. Yesterday afternoon a Freeper posted a report from a family member that had been on the same plane as Blather. Dan'l was in first class, but I was skeptical of the story as I could not imagine the great Dan Rather flying commercial, even in first class. Maybe the suits are pissed at him after all.
There was some good speculation in the thread about why Dan was in such a hurry to visit Dallas.
Maybe it was a personal trip and Viacom execs wouldn't loan him the corp jet, so he had to fly with hoi polloi. Poor Dan'l.
