Maybe we could get some of this counseling for a certain network news staff -- they need it as much as this guy.

I think someone should post this on the DUmmy board in one of their It-Was-Parlock's-Son! threads.

my theory on the higher you go on the education scale the goofier you get is getting reinforcement:

Politics in Gainesville turned rough and tumble Thursday night when, police say, a social behavior sciences instructor - a Democrat - punched the chairman of the Alachua County Republican Executive Committee in the face.

I am sure the pile you're in is separated from the one she is in.

"Pomona Superior Court Judge Charles Horan on Friday delayed Kerri Dunn's sentencing, but called her a "bald-faced liar."

"It's clear in this case what occurred," Horan told Dunn and her attorneys Friday. "Your client vandalized her own car and reported it as a hate crime."

That judge didn't pull any punches when making his commentary.

Dunn, 39, of Redlands, was convicted of a misdemeanor count of filing a false police report and two felony counts of attempted insurance fraud. She could face up to 3 1/2 years in prison when she returns for sentencing on Dec. 15.

What do you bet she walks?

Hi All-

My layperson guess is that given all the publicity, the judge will be inclined to issue a prison sentence. He would get slammed in the court of public opinion if he did otherwise.

Does anyone know if those two kids have received the $10,000 reward?

well the judge was talking about her reimbursing the campus for the investigation, which probably is 20K I would imagine
, Of course if he says she has to pay back all the students that missed a day of class because the president closed the school now were into money.
