Mrs. Cheney's book, America: A Patriotic Primer, is sooooo beautifully done and so inspiring. Should be on every Freeper Christmas list for children!

Can you imagine the IQ between those two. Awesome..

We are all sooo lucky that Mr. Cheney was willing to make the sacrifice to serve our country again.

He's always in my prayers.

The latest Kerry slam on Cheney fails to say that VP Cheney has DONATED that $2 million to help wounded soldiers. Last I heard, the penurious Kerry is very stingy in his own charitable donations.

Yes indeed. I work for Rohm and Haas Company and they have been more than gracious with flex time while I work with the campaign. I am PROUD of my service and career!

I get so sick of hearing "haliburton' from the liberals. If the liberals deride 'haliburton', they HATE all American Free Enterprise! What do they prefer? A government sustaining and controlling everything? ANARCHY!

Good American public servants are sucessful in THE REAL WORLD. I didn't go to college... everything I know I learned on the job with company provided training. Earning my way and advancing my career. Professional career politicans (lazy liberal lawyers who love to hear hemselves talk and preen in front of mirrors for the camera) just wander around regurigatating sob stories of victim dinosaur industries that are long past their time - they lobby their 'pals' to get laws pushed through. Let's get the money out of lobbying and debate the issues. If something is sick and dying, let it pass. It's all a cycle. Healthcare - I hate going to doctors. I have a wonderful Heath Care plan but I personally don't use it. If I live my life right, I'm healthy.

The mods responded to my hitting the abuse button and I'm sure I wasn't the only one.

They do come over from the DUmmies and leave their droppings.

Mr. and Mrs. VEEP are absolutely the best!! We couldn't have anyone better and what an asset for our country! I am one proud American everytime these fine folks are out there. President and Mrs.Bush also represent the very best America offers in leadership and this ticket will win bigtime. We will keep at it, Ms. Cheney, and remember we won't take anything for granted. It is a pleasure to know you read and react with the new news source America has found, via CBS!!

As a Vietnam Veteran, I agree. I would go back into battle for this administration in a heart beat... But I'm too old now! :O(

I always assume anything coming from the dems is a straight out lie.

Not surprised tho that the Cheney's would donate to the soldiers.

My son served four years under the previous administration.

When he was deployed to Hungary on a Bosnia support mission it was Halliburton who supplied ALL their needs.

Everything was on time, of first quality, and fairly priced.

We were so comforted by the knowledge that it was Dick Cheney in charge at the time.

Mrs Cheney,

I used to be indifferent as to your husband's intelligence and ability to be VP of this country. However after recently learning about his long and storied career in providing leadership to past administrations of this great country I'm fully in awe of him.

We couldn't have a better VP in these times where our best and brightest are required to lead us to victory over the enemies of freedom.

My son is just turning 30......he said to me that he would go back in a heartbeat if called so his little sister could live in freedom.

Love seeing the VP speak on TV - reminds me of my Dad. But Dick needs to tell the Pres to stuff Rove in a large sized container and set him adrift.

Both Cheneys can hold the nitpickers at bay..I remember when Lynn was on a weekly segment with Bob (ugh) Beckel...
a lib without morals...and she put him in the closet a
few times with his liberal gibberish..he's still doing
it...accuses Bush of the Hurricanes ...I kid you not...
Love the future..the past is over...When it's past, it's

Mrs. Cheney, since I work in the oilfield I can fully understand how your husband, who used to work for Halliburton Cementing Company, has stolen millions of sacks of cement at taxpayer expense, as proposed by the Democrat Underground, but wouldn't dollar bills be easier to trade with than one hundred pound sacks of cement?
I don't think I've ever seen a wallet that would hold even one sack of cement!
< end heavy sarcasm >

Thank you for letting us borrow the right man for the right job at the right time.
