If we focus on a few affiliates we can realy send them a wake up call. So everyone e-mail or call Cleveland!!!

E-mail our Cleveland CBS affiliate station manager at

jsmith@raycommedia.com

Call the Cleveland CBS affiliate at:

Phone #: (216) 771-1943 or (800) 929-0132 Fax #: (216) 515-7152

From http://www.nationalreview.com/kerry/kerryspot.asp

[09/14 08:25 PM EDT]

"I am informed that the head of a CBS affiliate in a large East Coast city is telling viewers who call in that he wants Rather to apologize on 60 Minutes and then resign. This local network official reportedly plans to present the flood of critical emails he has been getting to the network heads in New York.

I suspect this gentleman is not alone."

The next big announcement from CBS will likely contain the words, "...spend more time with him family."

I'm not sure 800 numbers work in that respect . You can always send an e-mail:

We are at war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Who has a plan for victory? [Bush]

We are threatened by terrorists. Who can best defend us? [Bush]

We are in a painfully slow economic recovery. [Wrong!] ...

We face a spiraling national debt. Who can bring it under control? [Certainly not Kerry.]

Any more questions?

[answers]

As of today, Bush has taken the lead in states that were "swing" and is within four points of Kerry in NY. If the election were held today, Bush would win 44 states.

Already sent the station manager a lengthy email earlier this week. Basically told him that we would no longer be watching their network as they are no longer serving the interests of the viewers by working to cover-up a scandal of their own making.

Rather is about to take them down.

Fraudulently influencing a national election;
Fraudulently discrediting an American president in time of war;
Fraudulently misrepresenting the support and expertise of document examiners;
Fraudulently failing to disclose and inform the public of blatant political bias and innumerable connections to partisans while occupying the critical and trusted role of national broadcaster;
Fraudulently peddling forged government documents;
Fraudulently covering up evidence of a federal crime;
Fraudulently slandering and libeling innocent critics seeking the truth.

The scandal of the millennium. CBS is ruined.

CBS bringing in the big guns:

"Ladies and gentlemen, I'll be brief. The issue here is not whether CBS broke a few rules or took a few liberties with our worldwide viewers -- we did. But you can't hold a whole television network responsible for the actions of a few sick, perverted individuals. For if you do, then shouldn't we blame the whole television network system? And if the whole television network system is guilty, then isn't this an indictment of the news media in general? I put it to you ... isn't this an indictment of our entire leftist society? Well, you can do what you want to us, but we're not going to sit here and listen to you badmouth the United Socialist States of America!"

The truth hurts! cBS needs to "be a man" and take its petulant anchor and take him out to the woodshed. What should happen and what will happen are likely two different things. Rather can't extricate himself from the depths of the dung heap that he has stepped into without getting it all over himself. They thought it would go away with the rest of the MSM being compliant and letting the whole authenticity thing die down while trying to make an issue of 32 year old National Guard records on whether a pilot took a physical or not. Puleeese!

It is good to see that although their ideology is slanted far left their desire to explain veracity in journalism is still in place.

Any reply, eggman? I've left a couple of messages and the station manager has not gotten back to me.

I think if you hit *86 before the number it will block their caller ID.

Dial *67 before dialing the number. It blocks caller ID and only shows as 'Private'. ;o)
