Great idea! BTW, where is the CBS headquarters? If it's in New York...I'll pass.

I still want some of those new jammies.

It is unfortunate that Franklin's research on McCarthy has been as lacking as Rather's on the documents.

Too convenient for the pot to call the kettle black.

I appreciate the fine summary on the Rathergate corruption. However, fostering credibility for the proven prevarications about McCarthy constitutes yet another egregious breach in an honor code that should encumber his profession sufficiently to see that truth is vital.

Truth, more fragile and less treasured than ever.

There was nothing wrong with Tailgunner Joe. He was the first one set up. These days I wonder what dirty tricks might have been played on Richard Nixon as well.

Show him a woman's signature, he had written, and he could tell if she was likely to be good in bed.

We know our PJs are important, but we now know that video-chat (or whatever they call it) is unnecessary. How long until somebody registers www.awomanssignature.com? (Per godaddy.com, it's still available. LOL) ;)

I think you should market Free Republic Pajamas.

I think they might make for a good fundraiser. I know I'd buy them.

If I see another PBS special advertized about the red-baiting 50's, I'll puke.

The article was a good read, and it had that lovely mention of FR.

I've been to Joe's burial place in Appleton, WI. It's on a bluff overlooking the Fox River.

Do you know which cemetery? My grandpa is buried in Appleton and I'd like to stop at Joe's gravesite next time I go up there.

> Tailgunner Joe had the left pegged.

"Maybe so, but he was still a schmuck."

Sounds as though you and Ann Coulter have differences of opinion. I'll go with Ann's research.
