He tried to shake hands? He reached for the paper? He played "French Soldier" and raised his hands?

Heavily armed is not a reason to shoot anyone based on the second amendment. Seems there is a lot of excuses as the Famous But Incompetent Agency had no valid reason to shoot the man. I am sure they will concoct one, but the story will unravel, just like C"BS".
