This is a judge overstepping his ground, even if Bush granted authority to the pentagon to release his records, it does not mean a judge can override the privacy act set up to protect service members.

I guess if Bush granted authority, then a judge can say: 'go do it'.

No he cant thats the problem, They, the press is suing for other paperwork outside of Bush's personell file. THats an overreaching of authority.
