Oklahoma would appear to be in violation of the "full faith and credit" clause of the Constitution. As such, I'd have to favor the plaintiffs.

Which leads us to what happens when a same-sex couple, married in Massachusetts, moves to (say) Oklahoma and seeks to exercise the rights of a married couple there. State DOMAs don't appear to me to hold much water. It'll take a constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage across the country.

If two homosexuals can be "parents", then nothing has any meaning any more at all. Anything can mean anything that anyone wants. Well, not anyone. If a person is informed by and upholds tradition moral standards that are the same in every monotheist relgion, this is not to be allowed. Moral relativists are not relative, they are the most autocratic of absolutist; under cover of tolerance, they hate actual morality. Hate crimes, hate speech, then hate thought. That is what they are aiming for.

My wife and I are considering adopting and during the course of a Google search I cam across this website for Gays and Lesbians who want to adopt and have "bio-kids" through IVF and surrogacy.

The most damning thing about this page is the corresponding Google Ads that come up relative to GLBT themes, namely:

• Sexy Lesbian Personals
• The Pride Instituted (which is supposed to be about being proud of your addictions and mental health problems, from what I can tell).
• Gay Lesbian Sex (dating for "love"... er "sex"... whatever).

be fair alot of homosexual couples can make good parents sure they unfortuantely have high incidences of peodaphillia but then again black people commit most crimes particuarly in countries where white people are the majority and black people are the minority black people are much more likely to commit crimes.

in America Canada England Australia France and Germany 60 to 70 percent of crimes are commited by blacks and in all of those countries blacks are a minority so does that mean that all blacks are bad and that all blacks are criminals no it doesnt.

so just because alot of homosexuals happen to be peodaphilles doesnt mean they all are does it.
