Some students are furious the school is offering to pay Moore, whom they view as a vicious critic of President Bush. The student council says while they may not agree with Moore's views they believe it's their job to bring people of various views to speak to students.
forgive me for being so nieve, but isn't part of the college experience the teaching of critical thinking?
The whole Basis of Critical thinking is fact based opinions, of which Moore has never proven qualified.
All his movies are smear jobs based on half assed truths or outright lies. IF Hannity debates him I would hope he goes in with proof of every lie he promoted in his Crap-u-ramas.
One other thing I would demand would be a time limit for each speaker, and if they went past it the mic would be killed. Micheal Moore is a master of never shutting his mouth, talking over others, rude and deliberate promoter of repeating lies.
I wouldn't doubt he took lessons from Kerry's debate with O'Neil back in 71, where he would say anything.

Let's face it. Michael Moore is a skilled liar, and he's good with rhetoric. Hannity would get his clock cleaned in a debate with Moore.
That is, of course, if Michael can stop eating long enough to do the debate.
