Tornadoes are one thing that one can't prepare for short of a basement. But when its flooded.....eeeek ! Money , lack of it, made most of these folks stay. As one talking head said earlier today, just get in the car and drive to the NW till a tank full of gas is used, refuel, stay overnight in the car if ya have to and drive back the next day if ya have no place to go stay with friends or family. Road trip !
