Is driving off a bridge while intoxicated, leaving the scene of the accident and not reporting it for over 12 hours simple negligence? Whether he was drunk or not, he failed to get help immediately and allowed that girl to sit in a submerged car for hours just to save his sorry ass. That's murder in my book.
