"That's murder in my book."

Then you need a new book.

mur·der: The unlawful killing of one human by another with premeditated malice.

Sorry, but I dealt with felons for over 23 years, murderers, rapists, you name it, so I see perps and their crimes a little differently. Ted Kennedy might have been let off without any charges because of who he was. The least he should have been charged with was criminally negligent homicide or even involuntary manslaughter, and he should have done prison time. He let a human being slowly suffocate to death only because he was worried about his political career. When you deliberately allow someone to die because you are afraid your life's goals will be effected, to me that's murder. That might not be what the state accepts as the definition of murder, but to me it's definite and deliberate murder. The last thing I knew, I was at least still entitled to my personal opinion on the matter. Damn the liberalness of the State of Massachusetts, who has no concept of what human life is worth. And damn Ted Kennedy who allowed an innocent life to be destroyed for his own selfish desires.

Do you have a definition of "vehicular homicide" handy?

Let me help:

vehicular homicide: killing someone with an automobile.

killing someone=murder.
