In a related development, White House press secretary Scott McClellan hinted that more documents regarding Bush's National Guard service may soon be released. Asked whether officials in the White House have seen unreleased documents, McClellan called that "a very real possibility." Other officials with knowledge of the situation said more documents had indeed been uncovered and would be released in the coming days.

I watched the Press Conference and Scott McClellan did not hint any such thing. This White House has done a masterful job of handling the forged document flap. Nobody will convince me that the White House didn't know the CBS documents were forgeries before they released them to the main stream press. They knew they would cause a fire storm of scrutiny and never uttered a word, just handed out the documents as if they were legit.

Remember that "funny feeling" that maybe Bush has been sandbagging Dan Rather and CBS all along on the whole Alabama Guard thing? That funny feeling just got funnier.

it doesn't matter...the MSM will spin it as a negative.

Well, this is good news, if the latest disclosures can help President Bush, go for it.

The Washington Times reported on August 18:
At the White House, press secretary Scott McClellan said he couldn't say specifically whether Mr. Bush signed Standard Form 180, but the president did request and release his own military records in February. "I don't believe he signed any form, but he did authorize making his military records available publicly," Mr. McClellan said. "We have released all the records, and reporters were allowed to look at his medical records as well."

I heard Hannity say that Bush has signed standard form 180. I'm pretty sure that Hannity's wrong. Bush has never signed the 180 Form. Bush is a poker player and this records thing has been a face card that he's been waiting to play for years in my opinion.

Scott McClellan better not be screwing the pooch on this one. His mother is Carole Keeton Strayhorn. She plays a lot of games. I hope it does not run in the blood. Explain what you mean here... I am not sure I understand what SCott could be screwing up. Also, who is Strayhorn?
