"We need to avoid making personal attacks on her. Rather, we need to point out her political bias, as demonstrated by her comments that Bush was "selected, not elected" and here statements that Bush is not qualified to be President."

I don't think it's necessary to attack her at all. So far, Dan's best defense of his story is this lady's testimony... This lady who contradicts her previous testimony... Most all of his other evidence (maybe all) has been exposed as outright fraud. (The memo's themselves, Barnes claiming actions as LtGov before he was LtGov, his "experts"...) Now, he presents this lady as justification that despite having humiliated himself as an outright fraud lacking any claim to journalistic integrity, his "STORY" was true.

Dan says it doesn't matter if the memo's are fake or not, the story is valid.

He has it backwards... At this point, it doesn't matter if Killian comes back from the dead and says the forged documents are what he would have said if he had written them... DAN RATHER has exposed himself and CBS as having intentionally presented outright lies (ie. laser printers unable to produce the lower case "L" in the memo) in defense of their having used forged documents presented to defame the sitting President of the United States in order to affect the outcome of the Presidential Election.

The bottom line is that the 86 year old lady confirmed that they were not typed by her and were not authentic. To go on to say that the information is correct (based on her instincts) just boggles my mind.
