CBS 60 MINUTES HAS BEEN BLACKED OUT IN Corpus Christi, Kansas City, Lubbock, Monroe, Duluth, Knoxville, Nashville--and that's all we KNOW of.....
We're keeping official count of CBS-Blackouts here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1217235/posts
I've emailed the thread to DRUDGE, and I want YA'LL to do the SAME.
If he picks it up it will be "HUGH".

Thanks for the info. I got this on Al Rantel's show a short time ago in Los Angeles (Tammy Bruce is subbing tonight).

"I am informed that the head of a CBS affiliate in a large East Coast city is telling viewers who call in that he wants Rather to apologize on 60 Minutes and then resign. This local network official reportedly plans to present the flood of critical emails he has been getting to the network heads in New York.
I suspect this gentleman is not alone."

Hey hey ho ho Dan Rather has to go......

It's about damn time. This should have been done years ago. I'm glad he's got the cajones to do this.

Wow... that is huge. If a couple more stations do it, Blather is toast!

Ken Charles is the Hero of the Day. CBS won't move a muscle until they get more action-backed promises like this one.

Way cool!! I always hated it when I would be listening to a good talk radio show and they had to break for that crappy CBS news break...always made me want hurl!
Hope they can sign an agreement with Fox

I heard him say all this and hooted him on as I was driving down the road. I am quite proud of the stand that Ken Charles has chosen to take.

remember the effect "new media" had on Slimfast/Whoopi Goldberg! Well, this is much bigger. Granted it will take more of an effort to get Rather to resign, but even the discussion is worth it!
