The latest explanation offered by the DUmmies -- may Jabootu condemn me to watch endless repeats of Superman IV: The Quest For Peace if I am making this up -- is that the SeeBS documents were transcribed from the original 1971 typewritten copies by a whistleblower who was afraid that copying the original documents directly would expose him to legal liability.
