Did you catch at the end of the first all star panel segment where Brit was trying to equate the swift vets with the forged documents? He did say that some of their info was proven true but Mara said that both campaigns agree that the official record is truth. Why doesn't the media make Kerry sign the 180 for the truth!!

Brit Hume knows FR. During the Clinton regime, Angelwood and several other DC FReepers visited the Fox studio and presented Brit with an award from FR for being an honorable journalist. There are pictures of that event floating around here somewhere . . .

Thorne will sign an affidavit. That was for TV consumption. An Affidavit would subject him to charges of libel, (if proven incorrect).
Who sent him the information? Shouldn't it have been sent to someone who would be honest and not take all the credit?

I think the story is more important than who gets credit. If we start getting weighted down in who should get credit, I think the very clear message of the forgery and the corruption in the MSM will get lost. The last thing this needs to be is an ego-fest between the different sectors of the right. JMO.

Not surprised. They're radio show here on Saturdays isn't what Hewitt would have you believe. Their overly cute nicknames, repeated over and over, are really wearisome. I caught KJL on Hewitt's show today, and he asked her to give a rundown of the events of a few days ago, and I don't think she could get herself to attribute the genesis to FR, let alone Buckhead. Anyway, the overarching objective is not to be recognized for doing this or that, even though it would be nice and deserved.

Not an ego fest. Just give credit where credit is due. It seems unfair to me. The person who broke the story should be credited. If anyone's got the ego, it's the person going on talk shows claiming he scooped the story.
