I really need to go back through my links and update that "Smart Guns- Foolish Legislators" post I did months ago, to cap off the death of this idiotic, deceptive, and ill-conceived so-called "ban."

One of the most dangerous- to rights, freedoms, and democracy- situations that occurs is when a noisy pressure group- like the Brady Bunch- finds a gullible and sympathetic press to raise the hue & cry "We Gotta Do Something!"

CFR was the spawn of such an unholy alliance, as was the AWB.

It is not for nothing that one of my taglines is "The 1990's? Decade of Fraud(s)..."
