I hope you are right BUT, I doubt the FBI (Bush Administration) wants to be seen as using the FBI as a club against a candidate based on circumstantial evidence. Perhaps another reason CBS won't fess up that the documents are forgeries. Certainly, the FCC could fine CBS and its affiliates as well (ala Janet Jackson.) At any rate, I think the "invstigation", if any, will be NADA till after the election... after all, Clinton still has the White House dinnerware!

I disagree.

When the Sandy Berger "docs in socks" scandal began, FReepers tipped off the FBI that Kerry had on his website (and subsequently deleted) information that resembled the information that Berger was alleged to have pilfered.

The FBI had people over at Kerry HQ the next day.

They work quickly.
