Apparantly the Feds are not involved because the "Docs" are not being presented to any federal agency as "evidence" or as a "contractual" disclosure. Presenting them on television or the 'net is the same as an entertainment program or satire. First Amendment protections apply.

Not so.
It is illegal to create personal and seperate adverse action files in the military.
Rather, not consulting with CBS's attornies, stated they were as such. Rather basically accused a highly placed military official of breaking the law.
That's pretty big.
