With his hand in the cookie jar, Dan's been caught, figuratively speaking.
Despite his desperate denials, off camera, he really must be freaking!
Poof! There went what was left of Dan's journalistic reputation,
As Dan gambled big to create an election-transforming sensation.
CBS and Dan now are twisting slowly in the wind.
But, their big Bush "exposure," they refuse to rescind.

think CBS will be allowed to stonewall until it is forgotten. I won't forget but many will not care.
The only way to move this story now is for the Killians to sue. I think even the threat of a lawsuit would bring CBS management to their knees.

So there you have it. The official record written by John Kerry supports what the critics have alleged rather than the John Wayne Kerry version the Massachusetts liberal has been telling....***
I was wondering if I could get my Dad to go on record.
and just asked my wife the same question.
I think I read that Dan Rather got a college deferment during the Korean War and then enlisted in the Reserves or Guard. After the War, he tried to become a Marine but couldn't finish boot camp, ended up in the Army. He tried at least once to say he was a former Marine but was debunked! He was told that he have had to at least finish boot camp to even THINK of using that distingushed alignment.
But Rather's ratings have probably never been better. At this point, perhaps, CBS has decided its all about ratings.Which is good for us. It means they're emboldened to keep their leftist spew on the air.
Leftist spew will get them good ratings (what else will leftists watch on TV), but all that leftist spew on TV is going to turn off a lot of middle-road voters.
Dan Rather is 10 pounds of $#!+ in a five pound bag.

Actually, that is not quite accurate. Clinton lied long enough that everyone now KNOWS he lied, his credibility is shot, and in fact his lies are what he will be forever known for.
