34567 checked out as being in existence in the 1990s. I have not seen anything to indicate that it was used in the early 1970s (I haven't seen anything to indicate that it was not) or, more specifically, that it was associated with President Bush in any way.
My understanding is that that P.O. Box was found on other documentation regarding Bush's service that has been authenticated.
