When you listed that pdf. I kept scrolling down...and saw ,on page 16 of 33 of the pdf., that Bush was sent up for 120 days.
NONE OF IT MATTERS. The Guard IS Part of the Air Force.
It is a reserve component.
THE BUSH FLYER DOES NOT SAY ACTIVE DUTY. It says Air Force.
