I believe that is the annual eval done by his TX commander while he was in AL. The evaluator writes that 1LT Bush was not present so can be evaluated by the author. Pretty much SOP stuff, but the peacenik liberal tree hugging draft dodgers don't understand that - they see it as being AWOL.

Whoops, "can be" should be "cannot be" in my previous post.
