residential candidate John Kerry That pretty well sums it up. I know it was a typo and could be duplicated by a 1970's IBM composer typewriter, but he does seem to be pretty residential as opposed to Presidential.

(b) Aircraft operations other than for the purpose of air navigation. No person may operate an aircraft, other than for the purpose of air navigation, on any part of the surface of an airport used by aircraft for air commerce (including areas used by those aircraft for receiving or discharging persons or cargo), in a careless or reckless manner so as to endanger the life or property of another.
I think that covers operating an aircraft such that it strikes a building...
Now, as far as stunt flying for the movies, it one looks carefully in the frames where the plane is in the hangar, it's mounted on a rail.

Kerry's been smokin that pot he claims all soldiers did back in Nam. As if, terrorists would not use these weapons if they were against our laws. Like they give a virgin in heaven about the legality of their actions. Same people who think gun laws prohibit criminals from doing their chosen professions, also believe that giving driver's licenses to illegals will prompt their to buy insurance because it is the law. Whatever.
