What about health insurance? For too long Corpses have had trouble getting good, affordable, health insurance. The Kerry Health Care Plan will provide excellent coverage for All Corpse Americans. The waiting list for those corpses grows every day. Reading this article it is clear that women and children suffer the most. Bush's fault! Bush lied, people died. < /DNC talking points >

Unfortunately the Supreme Court has ruled that your opinion in the sexual matters of another person holds no water.

This doesn't apply to attorneys.
Lawyers can and will still f*ck you after you're dead.

"The new legislation marks the culmination of a two-year drive to outlaw necrophilia in the state"It took TWO YEARS to make this illegal? Good grief!

So let me see if I understand this correctly: An abortionist can legally rip a viable baby from his mother's womb, scramble his brains with a pair of scissors, and toss him in a medical waste bin.
Scissors in baby's brain when alive...good.
Penis in baby when dead...bad.
Makes sense to me. [/insert appropriate tag here]

This was Assembly Bill 1493 (AB1493)
While it passed unanimously in the State Senate, there was actually a NO vote in Assembly by Assemblywoman Jackie Goldberg (Dem of course) from LA. Makes one truly wonder....

Hello,
Honestly, I am shocked that this was NOT illegal in CA prior to this. I assumed all 50 states would have decided this this was a "bad thing". So why not in CA? Because the victim can't complain? Color me disgusted...
Despite the subject, I am glad to be here, MOgirl
