And the penultimate line as well:
"Payment in full will be delivered to John Kerry on November 2, 2004."

Kerry denied them their rightful place as heroes and they will deny him his dream of the presidency. Angry Vietnam veterans, silent for so long, will finally have their say. Payment in full will be delivered to John Kerry on November 2, 2004.
AHHHHH, JUSTICE, American style. VERY FITTING.

Thanks for posting this. On return to Travis AFB, CA we were told via intercom that we should change into civilian clothes before departing for SFO. When I saw the scum patrolling the airport in San Francisco I was glad I heeded the advice.
The feelings of betrayal from my own country have never left me...but like the article says...they have faded. Hanoi John is the epitome of arrogance and I for one will gladly cast my ballot for Dubya. There was no disgrace for college or marriage deferrments and certainly no hatred of those who went into the Gaurd or Reserves during "our war".
The disgrace was the treasonous conduct of Fonda and Kerry and their cohorts who treated GI's like they were personally responsible for the policies that led to the war.
Uh waiter...could you pass me a plate of that cold revenge please.

Did he think that he was just going to walk away from what he did to those men? That they were going to just lay down for it all. Did he think combat vets were going to be easily intimidated? How stupid can one man be?
Pay backs a bitch!

Great article, but I don't believe the part about the spitting and the human waste. I came home in my uniform and I got a lot of unpleasant looks but nobody said a harsh word, much less the other stuff. I was hard, angry and not 20 years old. Anybody that would have spit on me would have been close enough for me to put them in the hospital.
I've never in over 30 years talked to a vet that said they were spit on. I think it's a myth.

My heart is bursting with gladness at those beautiful word, and my very soul is longing for them to be fulfilled! Hasten the time, O God my Great King, when Kerry the Elitest will be humiliated by being denied what he thinks he is entitled to; make him drink that bitter Cup of Defeat down to the very last drop! Let it be, my Savior, amen.

There are approximately 2.5 million Vietnam veterans in America and they have not forgotten. And for those who are on the Wall, like my cousin, I will not forget for him.
