But...but...but...the focus groups said this would work.
With all this desperation BS coming from the DNC, I am now more sure than ever that they have very few people with a military background among their ranks.
Second that!
Thanks for the update!

And a lot of it DOES stick, unfortunately.
Here it is.
When you foe is shooting himself in the foot...
Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition!
More moving on from Vietnam and staying on current issues, I see
""Don't tell me - they tried WordPerfect this time?"
Nope--cuneiform. "
Nope.. Wordstar
When she was Littons financial secretary and Bart Littons personal secretary at Litton Savings they had to buy her a manual typewriter because an IBM Selectric couldn't keep and jammed.
When it came time to do all the Ws for the employees at the end of the year I always had her come into the office and do them because she could get all of them for between 800 and 1000 employees done in one day and put into envelopes ready for mailing.
I don't give a rats ass whether you believe me or not and as far as your 100wpm, 50 years ago that was average at best and sure wouldn't have landed you a job in my office. I was typing faster than that in high school.
These people are madmen!
They must have a political deathwish
I can only surmise that Kerry is insulted that he is not getting the respect he thinks he deserves as a 'war hero'.
Maybe they think Bush will resign?
Nah, someone found an old copy of WordStar and a daisy wheel printer.
"Notice no one has examined Kerry's record in the Senate ... surely the one most damning thing about him"
People know he is a liberal.
He cannot pretend to be otherwise, which is what he was trying to do
His record in the Senate only underscores that fact
The attacks coming from the Swifties are going to be on what Kerry did after Vietnam
The first attacks only laid the groundwork to show how corrupt he was.
What these nitwits do not realize is that the Swifties are really only appealing to a particular vote, the Veteran vote.
It is that vote that is crucial in battleground states
Bush's ANG record is not going to hurt him with the NG or veterans
"Bush went through pilot training through USAF UPT (Undergraduate pilot training). The Guard didn't replicate training -- too expensive. Bush trained at Moody AFB, in Georgia as part of the USAF.
Of course, W served in USAF, that's how he got his wings.
Now, they're just grasping at straws. Don't these guys over there know anything?"
These anti-military guys know nothing about the military.
This document is just a "cover letter" for the "National Guard Documents" of President Bush. It was written "recently" to summarize President Bush National Guard service. It is not an old document and it is not a forgery.
yep... okay... whatever.. I only have your word for it... it's suspect to say the least. I just don't think it's physically possible. Let's not fight, just agree to disagree. Deal?
So now the 1984 campaign letter where Kerry wants to cut every military program, and his 2004 website where he listed himself as the chair of the Intel subcommitte are fair game. Who is the liar now?
"George Bush has a clear pattern of lying about his military service," DNC Communications Director Jano Cabrera blasts in the new release. "From 1978 to the present day, George Bush has refused to tell voters the truth about his service. It's time for the President to come clean."
"Flyers distributed to Texas voters during Bush's failed Congressional race say 'he served in the U.S. Air Force and the Texas Air National Guard.' But according to Air Force officials, Air National Guardsmen are not counted as members of the active-duty Air Force."
