The last time I was at the DMV (and it's been awhile), there was a group of 7 "migrants" wanting to register a car, and the clerk was explaining to them that they couldn't ALL be on the registration.
that sad they were not able to register all seven. im sure in their country they could have 10 papers on the same goat.
