In a writer's chat channel, an (all-knowing, of course) college student referred to O'Neill as "that stupid, crazy guy from Texas."

I told her I had to admit that I, too, had trouble getting past that "stupid, crazy" part, because "after all, the guy is a Democrat." ;)
