Interesting article. Click the link as the posting engine will not permit me to post even an excerpt for fair use due to a "copyright complaint."

The article discusses the fraudulent Kerry/Rather memos, and how it is easier to forge contemprary documents now.

This article is also quite interesting in its implications for the new "Check 21" Federal law regarding legalizing check processors to make copies of checks and destroy the originals. Another brick in the wall...

The thing for me is, what if they had done a better job and, knowing it's possible, what else have they forged?

"The debate continues online, with some commentators now saying the memos could, in fact, be legitimate. "

Go to the story -- find the above text and click the link to dailykos... Hmmm, I wonder what side of the story the author was on...

These days, it is possible to forge anything. ANYTHING!

Pictures, video, audio, currency.... A document is almost child's play.

What kills me is See BS's insistance that a transparent and nearly childish forgery is authentic.

Stupid pinheads at Wired! They site an idiotic lib site in their article instead of FreeRepublic.

Every month they feature Joe Trippi or MoveOn or some other liberal spec of cyberspace but they neglect to feature the site that got Clinton impeached and made "Sore Loserman" a household name.
