Once you get prepared it's easy to stay that way. Almost automatic.

Farmers Almanac is calling for a lot of precipitation this year. Didn't say if it would be rain or snow, just lots of one or the other, maybe both.

One of my hunting buddies father said we'd get lots of precip. this year based on the coloration of a caterpillar. It had black on both ends and that's suppose to be a sign of heavy precip. We'll have to wait to see if it's true.

So that's 2 indications that it could be a rough winter. That snowblower my come in handy.

Some of my trees are already in Autumn mode.

It will be a harder winter than last year, I believe.
