My buddy and I agree with you. He's a retired E-8 Airborne Ranger with twelve years in a Ranger Battalion. They're running rehearsals and timed runs and probably "touch and go's" at some of the designated LZ's. That's probably why the BlackHawk dropped so low over my portable but didn't actually touch down. I don't know whether to feel worried or reassured.

The mere fact they are practicing touch and goes means they have assets ready and available to respond within minutes.
