I assume the bottom three photos are of New York, correct?
Do you have any idea of the location of the top photo?
Thanks Donna.

BERLIN (Reuters) - A German man has been arrested on suspicion of arranging the supply of nuclear arms equipment to a foreign state, German federal prosecutors said Thursday.
Prosecutors said the man, identified only as Helmut R., was detained in the southwestern state of Baden-Wuerttemberg on Tuesday, although he was subsequently released on bail.
He is suspected of brokering a deal in January 2003 for the supply of equipment used for handling spent fuel rods and for separating plutonium.
"These are required parts of a military nuclear program," federal prosecutors, who launched an investigation in August 2003, said in a statement.

What test do you need for internal parasites? That depends on what they are studying, doesn't it?

Is that image midtown Manhattan?
To: JustPiper
Say I'm driving, see a 'bright sky' but no plume etc, no noise, just the sky brightening, how close would the probable detonation be? Count the seconds flash to bang. Close enough to five seconds per mile or three seconds per kilometer.
Just like lightning, only hopefully a longer count...

Two are definitely NY. The second bridge photo and the top pic I am not sure about.
Anyone know?
They all look like stock photos that are easily available.
I can't quite make out the URL on the bottom of the pics.

Might Cat Stevens be part the "bellydancer" operation or would they definitely use a female?
(Trying not to visualize this one, lol!)

In the bottom pic I see the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building, so that pic is midtown.

I believe earlier someone posted that Cat Stevens attended the muslim conference held in Chicago about 3 weeks ago. My question is, what has changed in the last three weeks that placed his name on the "watch list"? Apparently he was allowed in the country a few weeks ago to attend the conference so I assume his name was not on the list at that time. Hmmmm.

Don't look at the blast, if possible, you could suffer flash burns of the retina. If possible, put a major terrain feature (like a hill) between you and detonation if you are within 3-5 miles....depending on size. There is a formula for measuring the blast size by measuring the angle from ground to top of mushroom cloud, I just don't have it right now. Effective downwind drift is the killer as far as lethal radiation goes. That's why it's important to figure wind direction and speed relative to your position.
IIRC sound travels at about 330 meters per second. That's pretty close to your formula.
